Superb atmosphere and very welcoming service. The meals were fresh and enchanting. Will easily recommend this spot to others. Reasonable prices and big meals. Great work.

Extremely overrated. Kilo steak delivered to the table within 3-5 mins of ordering it. Sent out a red flag immediately. Well, it was luke warm, not sizzling. Sent it back. The cup of pinto beans had more broth verses beans. I went, because my out of town cousin really wanted it according to her relatives. My opinion, listen to residents that know their authentic food. Last thing, the servers constantly remove your plates before completion. It's ALRIght!

So good! And the people were really nice. Excellent pastor and steak tacos. The habanero salsa was killer, though not for faint of heart. Super cool joint!

Great food and great service. Authentic and delicious. The flour tortillas are the best and I always pick up some to take home. I got the fajitas res (steak) this time and they were tender and tasty. Be sure to bring your own wine or beer as they are byob.

Let’s be honest and let Chicago know the truth. GREAT! Food. TERRIBLE service. If you’re a upscale style restaurant, why is it Cash Only? Maybe I’m old school but I don’t mind rice and beans on the side of my entree. Last bit certainly not least is the service. From a waiter that leaves before your dine ordering to throwing the to go containers, the service is horrendous. I can add that hey charge $10 for an bucket of cold water and some ice cubes for BYOB service, with no glass or lime. Maybe it was just our waiter but, quite honestly I Didn't t see that 5* quality from any of them. Owners of you are reading this. Know that your chefs are on their game but your floor service is lacking.

I love everything about this place, they do tend to over cook the steak sometime so you have to make sure that they understand you clearly what temperature you want your steak.

The service here? TOP OF LINE!! We couldn’t even get passed the appetizers! LoL The prices are great, options on menu are great. Ambiance, music, noise level is great as well. Wish it was slightly bigger due to everything going on until he world but they were able to seat us a good distance from the occupied tables near us. Definitely a great place for Mexican cuisine!

This restaurant is nestled in moderately busy part of town. We parked on the street. Upon entering, the room gave off a cozy vibe. The wait staff was welcoming and the food was excellent. There was no wait time and our food was fresh and flavorful. This is a cash only business, but there is an atm inside. I'm glad we had an opportunity to enjoy this neighborhood gem.

Definitely one of the best places to eat in Chicago! 5 star services, food is served quick! Will recommend it to everybody!

Food was okay, not as good as it was the previous times I visited. But what made me entail a poor rating was one of the servers he was extremely rude! Service is everything, can sometimes bring customers back even if the food happens to be mediocre. Love their homemade flour tortillas though, that will be my reason for continous visits.

Super fast service and very authentic tasty food. Skirt steak is great. Surprise me though, nothing is spicy. Not the salsa not even know how the pain is they serve with meat. The only complaint is that they are cash only. It's 2020. They should take cards.

Great place to go with a group. I've taken my family there and they always love it. The cactus salsa is to die for. If they sold it in gallons I would be the first in line :)

Fast service, and delicious food. It was busy, but the staff keep things moving quickly, and we barely had to wait. The sabínas are fantastic.

My whole experience was really bad. My fork was dirty. My chips were stale. I told them about the chips, they gave me new chips with stale chips mixed in. They usually give you a small plate of stew. We never got the stew. The first batch of tortillas was cold. The server never came to ask us if we needed anything else. The servers kept picking up our plate as we would finish but no one never asked if we needed anything else. wasn't sure if we were being rushed.. stake and the beans were really good but everything else was bad.

This place is beyond amazing! Everything was seasoned so well. My husband loved the flour tortillas, he said they tasted just like the ones his grandma made.

Great food and bring your own beer/wine

First time here and had their food. I knew I would be coming back and sure enough. It has been more than 5 times now and at this point I have brought close friends and they all agree that the food and service is amazing.

One of the best arrachera i ever tried. Good portion for the price!! Great and fast service, i have 0 complaints from the 2 times I've been there. Cheers!

This might not be the best pictures but food is great! I do recommend. If you are that person that is following COVID rules strictly like that Caucasian women at the Juice House please go somewhere else. Let Canton be and leave them alone! Keep on moving to the next restaurant. I enjoyed my visit here, the people, the service and food!

Very welcoming, fresh and hospitable. The staff and food was fabulous, even the leftovers! You can BYOB (beer and wine only) and they will bring out the proper glassware and uncork for you.Wonderful experience, planning to go back very soon!

They need an on-site manager! Everything is unorganized. We waited over 40 minutes to pick up an order we had made a day earlier. First 20 minutes, they didn’t even ask for the name on our order. Then the next 20 minutes, we saw everyone who came after us pick up their order?? How does that make sense???

Outstanding and tasty food!! Cooked in a very nice and delicious way. Their shrimp and skirt steak are AMAZING!!! Have to also mention that the staff are super duper friendly and caring! The place itself is also so cozy and simple! Loved the experience! Highly recommended!

We’ve eaten in the restaurant twice in the past and recently ordered takeout during quarantine. Every time it has been great! We like the sabinas tacos on corn tortillas and the tres leches cake is also amazing. It’s cash only, so come prepared! Highly recommend.

I alway enjoy Canton. Food is awesome and flavorful. The family is still roots deep in making sure your sevice and food is always upto par.Whether its Father or Son. You know you will not be disappointed..

This place is a local legend. Go for lunch because it's crazy busy at night. The food is delicious family style. The chicken and steak are what we had and it was outstanding.

One of my Favorite restaurant the food is delicious, their Steak (kilo) is cooked perfectly, the Beans are fantastic as well their salsas and other dishes. The atmosphere is warm and Friendly, our waiter Gabe was very Professional and Attentive.

Face mask and social distancing were non-existent. The meat was very well seasoned some of the best Tacos ever. I would rate 5 stars but the lack of safety precautions during Covid-19 is the biggest problem.

Food was excellent. Service was excellent. Great atmosphere...was not pressured to hurry through our meal though the restaurant was absolutely crowded. Family oriented. Prices were reasonable. Can't wait to return. The photo represents the Whole chicken served cutup...and after half was devoured.

A fantastic dining experience, and a unique one for Latin food even in Pilsen. Delicious skewers and perfectly seasoned meats.

I visited this place a couple weeks ago. The food was good, minus the shrimp in my skewer. It just had a weird scent that turned me off. I'm not sure what the issue was. I did eat a couple and did not get ill. But, I didn't eat them all. The little potato and egg taco they bring you to start your meal was delicious and I should've just stuck with simple dishes. All the employees wore masks, but they only have 2 tables for outdoor seating and only one umbrella. We sat inside, which was OK but not all patrons wore masks while walking around.

The steak for the table here is fantastic. Cool atmosphere too. Unlike any Mexican restaurant I’ve been too. Love seeing people roll in with their own cases of Modelo too

The servers are not as welcoming as we were expecting. The food is okay. This is a BYOB place, so if you bring a bottle of wine, do not expect wine glasses. They don't have them. So, we ended drinking our wine in regular water cups. I think most people enjoys drinking beer at this establishment.

Delicious food as always and the staff is always very attentive and friendly. Sr. Daniel is a great host.

I went here because there was a posting that mentioned this being the Nuevo Leon that burned down some years back. The dish that I was looking for wasn't on this menu....I ordered the fajitas instead and my son ordered the quesadillas..... both were great! The guacamole was delicious!

They are one of my favorite fast Italian restaurants love the location n most of all the food.

The food is great and this place has its own parking lot! The horchata here is amazing and there very few Mexican places that can get it right. Service is always great too.
